Very good hotel, no complaints

Great hotel and great location. Only complaint was the bathroom has glass walls on top so anytime someone uses restroom At night light comes on and wakes everyone up. Great stay.

The desk clerk when we checked in was kind of rude and didn’t give us our passes like she was supposed too. The clerk the next day was very friendly and gave us passes.

Room was clean, and aside from mops leaning against walls and damage to wall surfaces it was in good shape. However the room was basic. We could not find tissue paper, and the shower had only combined hair/body soap. Breakfast we good.

Convenient to the Old Town and Funicular is right across the street.

The room was very clean and we appreciated that. Then the water would not drain in the tub and we call the front desk and the gentleman was very kind and did come in himself and took care of the problem to an extent. He was very polite and helpful. The next morning, as we were leaving, the young woman at the front desk was quite cool and condescending.

The room was exceptionally clean. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk to the main city center.

The room very big and spacious. The room was right opposite the station to the Top of Innsbruck attraction. The hotel was at a great location and had some decent paid parking space.

We have stayed at two hotels since we arrived Austria. This is the best hotel we stayed so far. Clean room and friendly staff. The only thing I would suggest is to have two front desk agents in the morning as many guests were in a rush to check out to catch the flight or train.
