We quite enjoyed our charming, bright, roomy "family room" at the hotel. The front desk staff were very helpful. I asked them a number of questions regarding hikes, bike rentals and public transportation, and they were thorough and pleased to help. Our breakfasts at the hotel were generous and delicious, and the staff in the restaurant were equally charming. The tram system in Innsbruck is excellent and even fun. We easily caught the trams to Old Town and the main train station, which both run frequently and stop right around the corner from the hotel. Very convenient. We would definitely stay in the hotel again... and we hope there will indeed be a next time!

Innsbruck is a beautiful place but I would recommend choosing an alternative place to stay. We had 2 family rooms for a night which included 4 family “rooms.” When the temperature was substantially warmer in one of the four rooms I made staff aware on two occasions. The first time I was told everything was working. The second, an employee came up and agreed it was a drastic difference and said he would return. He didn’t. Instead a manager called room and started screaming at me for requesting help at 10pm. I tried to explain the situation and he kept yelling that “this is Austria just open a window” we were at the conclusion of a historic heat wave and I had two young children. To add insult to injury I get an email in the middle of the night from the manager calling me a liar and berating me for bringing an apparent issue to their attention (they refused to admit their was an HVAC issue. This hotel has AC units but later admitted to me that they control it centrally and the remotes in the room are for show. Would not recommend wasting your money at this hotel unless climate control and customer service don’t matter to you.

Very good functional hotel, with bright clean rooms, comfy bed, and a great breakfast. Location is perfect, just 10mins walk from the main station and city centre. Trams stop right outside the hotel. The Innsbruck Welcome Card is included for stays of 2 or more nights, giving free use of all public transport. A nice pretty park opposite the hotel.

We loved this hotel. It is close to all public transportation. The staff deserve a medal! All staff were kind and went above and buttoned to make our stay the best!

This hotel was one of the best ones we have stayed in during our travels. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was top notch. You will not regret staying here!

Perfect

The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful as you would expect of a hotel in the Tyrol. Be aware of the parking if you have a large car, entrance is very, very narrow. We only just managed it in an Audi A6. Breakfast was very good, typical Austrian style with eggs and bread etc. we had an evening meal when we arrived, which very salty and not quite the level I expected for such a good hotel. Next day, we took dinner in Innsbruck old town, as the hotel gives an excellent free tram / bus pass for the city. In all, we would recommend staying at the hotel.

This place was amazing. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and was very clean. Breakfast had a buffet option that was self serve as well as hot breakfast to order that was very good as well. It was right next to a public transit stop that takes you to old town Innsbruck. It’s also across the street from a beautiful park and the river. If I get the chance to go back, I will only stay at this place.

Very good location with easy access to transit for getting around easily. Great food and comfortable amenities.
