柏林濱河喜來登大飯店 (Sheraton Berlin Grand Hotel Esplanade)

The bed was very hard. There was always noise outside. The room was also always hot. It was very difficult to sleep. Install air conditioning.

Very quite hotel. We were able rest very well

Fine stay. Like the largish rooms.

All in all a great stay. The location allowed easy access to many parts of the city. The shower temp was a bit futzy. Staff friendly.

Old property , no renoveted , small very crowded Buffet on the breakfast . At 5 PM ( in check-in day ) apartament was not clean 🙉.

Every thing was good

This is the 3rd time I stayed here. I find the location close to the major sights to see in Berlin. The u-bahn and s-bahn are a short walk.

Not the standard of a Sheraton at all . The hotel is old and the AC is almost non-existent . The room was unbearably hot and the staff kept sending technicians to get it fixed but it never got fixed . Tv is also tiny and the shower didn’t work the first day we were there . All in all not what you would expect when paying to stay at a Sheraton hotel . There are much better hotels in Berlin in better locations for cheaper .

Pool was not working only negative

The hotel is fairly dated which shows in the condition of the furniture in the room, the tiles in the bathroom and the carpet in the room and the hallway. However, if you are able to ignore those details, the hotel offers a great value for the price. We stayed in a 600 sqft. Suite, which was spacious and offered a great view of the Siegessäule. On the main level you will find the newly opened bar, Harry‘s, which offered excellent cocktails. The gym at the hotel needs more attention- water and disinfectant were out- and sadly never replenished although I had asked kindly to do so. The equipment in the gym was good and the room had high ceilings and offered a view outside. The breakfast was good, nice variety of items. Again, the lighting and carpet are old, but it did not bother us a lot. If you don’t expect to stay at a 4 star hotel and watch your budget, I would truly recommend this hotel.
