Room was pretty clean, just old. The room and bathroom were both a lot bigger then I expected. Staff was nice and check-in was quick. Because the building was old and there's a lot of stairs theres very little accessibility (keep this in mind for people disabilities or travelers with big/heavy luggage). There are lots of stairs and if your room is on the higher floor, you will likely have to carry stuff up a spiral staircase. This was no problem for ne but it might be more difficult if you have a suitcase. The only downside to the place for me was the noise from birds in the early morning and people yelling in the halls.

Great Location, clean room, good amenities. The fridge also didn't work when I arrived but they brought in a working fridge when I asked about it. Staff were friendly and helpful. The water they have at the reception is delicious! Big Caveat though. INTERNET STRAIGHT UP DOES NOT WORK. I had class on zoom, ended up using my phone as a hotspot. If you don't need the internet, highly recommend this hotel. Otherwise, steer clear.

Very convenient place to stay in Berlin. Close to public transport and restaurants. The room was comfortable and quiet

Confidently located, close to train station, friendly staff, great breakfast. At times little noisy when windows opened for hot weather.

There are many stairs, reception is on the 4th floor. There is a very small, very old, rickety elevator that we heard water running through it during the rain one night, and then it was closed. Though there is key access to the building and all the floors, there is still unwanted people in the building. Parking- we asked for the parking pass, but could not find it the first night and the second could not safely get our car into the area (very small alley), scratching the rental car was not worth it. When my husband asked for help, the man at the desk did help, but was rude and reluctant. In the end, I paid 50euros for something I did not use. Other staff was wonderful, breakfast was good, and our room worked well for us.

There is a 00-24 bar at the ground floor

I didn’t really have a problem with the places inside but last day when I am checking out in the morning and my flight is in 2 hours and they are arguing with me and telling me I have to pay when I already did after everything they said okay I can go and when I left 2 hours later my card was charged 780 usd very unprofessional and the guy before I left asked who’s card did I use to book

The hotel is in a busy touristic area, and you have many dining and shopping options and excellent transport links. It was a bit loud on Friday night, but otherwise it's pretty quiet and feels safe. I am quite fit, but I struggled to get to the room with my suitcase - there's a lot of stairs, and the last bit is a winding staircase - I thought I'd fall. I wonder if they had any accidents, I was certainly on the verge of falling. I didn't use breakfast either, as I found the price a bit high compared to what you can get elsewhere. The room was small but clean, and the bathroom was great, with a good powerful shower. To sum up, it was ok, but the only way I would go there again is if I travel very very light.

Hotel was perfect for one night. Large room with 5 beds and clean bathroom. Staff was very nice. Food places/bakeries within walking distance. Would recommend to others!
