Love this property. Super clean and it is well situated.

It was shocking to find out that my reservation was cancelled right before our arrival in Portugal. The reason said was that the credit card was declined which is hard to believe since that card we have on file have been using before and after that transaction/reservations. Card is used for international purchases often and had a high limit on it. Very disappointing in that experience since we were abroad and scrambling to book another hotel was a great challenge for us.

Very clean

Horrible communication. Had no idea how to communicate when I got to the hotel. No concierge available at the site. Felt like I was on my own in a foreign country.

When we booked online they said one double bed and one twin bed the room only had one double. They also mentioned breakfast included and they told us at the hotel they ask us to pay for breakfast.

Nice and clean

Location was very good. Apartment was very clean with maid service daily., it was smaller than I thought it was going to be . Shops and restaurants near by.. my only issue would be that the bed was hard with a thin Duvet for the winter, there was an extra single duvet in the cupboard which we had to share, the TV is also hanging badly slanted (needs fixed) would i stay again (probably not)

The room is very clean and the staff is nice.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. Check-in is complicated and has to be done once inside the property; it could be simplified with a system that allows you to check in before arriving.
