Pros: the staff is very friendly and helpful! They assisted us with arranging taxi transport for pick up when we arrived and also an early morning departure. Great, simple fresh breakfast was wonderful. Con: it is quite an incline from where an uber / bolt can pick up and drop off to the hotel front door which can be challenging with any rolling luggage or if anyone with physical limitations. Lastly found ants in my bed the last night :/ Overall great space! Just be aware of some of the drawbacks.

Incredible visit! It was maybe the best part of our trip (it rained all week 😔). Check in was warm, welcoming and efficient. The room was small, but sufficient, quaint, and clean. The staff are incredibly accommodating and breakfast was always warm, fresh and delicious. We will return again, should another visit to Lisbon be in our future. A sincere Canadian "Thank you"! 🇨🇦😘

I could go on and on about everything I loved about my stay, but then you’d be here all dayz I loved the over night chia seed pudding and Greek yogurt options for breakfast, as well as the delicious pastries and fresh squeezed orange juice. While they have hot coffee available, they are also more than happy to make you a latte or espresso too! Everything I ate was wonderful. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and I loved my room. It felt like having my own apartment tucked away in Lisbon, with easy access to all of the best sights, restaurants and shops. I will come here over and over again.

We flew in from the US to Lisbon. The hotel knew we’d arrive around 10 AM and told us the room would be ready by 1 PM. Fine. We left our bags, went for brunch, came back at 1… not ready. 2 PM… still not ready. We were the only guests waiting, but they couldn’t be bothered to prioritize cleaning our room — just empty promises from a receptionist who sat there doing nothing. To top it off, they sold us an overpriced airport transfer, claiming you “can’t” get there by Uber. Absolute nonsense — Uber is three times cheaper. Yes, the room was clean and spacious, but the location is in a run-down, unpleasant part of the city. Overall? Not worth the frustration or the scam tactics.

Lived: Quirky and interesting decor. Yummy breakfast. Super fun and friendly staff! Didn’t love: Additional charges for municipal taxes that weren’t disclosed in res-o. Additional $25 charge for early check-in (it was only 90 minutes early).
