Such a fabulous stay, wish we were staying longer. Very clean, location was great and the friendliest staff. Highly recommend!

We stayed in an apartment not the hotel. It was clearly newly renovated. Very nice and spacious, situated adjacent to the hotel. Staff was helpful. No complaints on that front. However, the location was a bit seedy and outside of the tourist area, 4 metro stops away. Taking the metro was quick and easy but we did not like the vibe in the square where the metro was located.

The best thing about our stay was without doubt the staff. They were friendly, helpful and above all professional. The hotel is very close to the metro which is a cheap and convenient way of exploring the city. Our room was clean and comfortable with an excellent balcony. It is worth paying a little more for a superior room. A special thanks to Ana, who met us on arrival and gave us so much good advice and information about the city. Raul and Diogo were also great. Nothing was too much trouble and they organised our transport on departure. Without hesitation we would book this hotel again. Thank you all!!

Ana and Diago very nice and welcoming Hotel is farther than expected but Metro 2 blocks away and takes you downtown. Must easier than walking uphill and Metro very easy to use. Bed was comfortable

It was a little farther than we wanted to be from the main town, but we were still able to walk so that didn’t end up being a problem. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in navigating the town and allowing us to keep our bags there for an extended time after check out while we finished our touring of Porto.

Very friendly staff. Pretty easy to get to by metro from airport. Calm neighbourhood but not far to the center. Can easily walk or take the metro. Nice place. There are lots of cafes and places to get groceries. Recommended.

I stayed one night at this hotel in Porto. At first glance, both the hotel and the room look very nice, and this impression was confirmed upon arrival. However, several important issues significantly affected my experience. First of all, cleanliness was clearly lacking. It felt like the room had not been properly cleaned: there was dust almost everywhere, visible marks on the walls and on the trash bin, as well as signs of mold in some hidden areas. The most problematic point was the bathroom. When taking a shower, the water did not drain properly, and the floor drain seemed clogged with a significant buildup of dirt, which was very unpleasant. In addition, the shower head was in poor condition. Finally, the sound insulation is not adequate. A lot of outside noise could be heard, which negatively impacted comfort and rest. Overall, the hotel has real potential in terms of design and appearance, but significant improvements are needed regarding cleanliness, maintenance, and facilities to meet expectations.

This is a nice small boutique hotel located about a 20 minute walk or $ 6 Euro Uber ride to the city center. There isn't much in the immediate area . Ideal for short stays. The service provided by Raul and Diogo was outstanding. They were so helpful and accomodating to anything we needed. Would go back based on the excellent service throughout our stay!!

Broken stool and table is not sturdy...rooms like old styles and furniture and decorations are seventies and for sure not a four star hotel should be one or lower No staff at front desk It is hostel not hotel
