Great stay, no complaints. Staff were helpful and kind. Great location.

All around great property. The only downside is no parking. But there is public parking nearby. You can buy 48 hour passes and come and go without paying each time. Breakfast was awesome.

Everything in the hotel and room was great. The room was wonderful and the oversize bath towels are a huge plus. Location was also very good. Now, for the one negative, and it is a huge negative that would prevent us from staying here again! In the lobby by the reception desk, the hotel has a plug in device that gives off a constant mist with an overpowering strong scent that is unpleasant and overwhelming. It is so powerful, that even when you left the hotel, it lingered on for several minutes.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is clean, remodeled and decorated in a little different taste than American familier with, like the TV is hidden inside a super big mirror, location would take 10 min walking to the main attractions, room size is decent about 200 sqf

Very beautiful location, incredible views of the city with very nice amenities and clean rooms. Walking back uphill to the hotel can be a struggle, but the luxury of this hotel is worth it.

Always stay here when visiting Porto. Excellent venue. 5 stars.

Very great and friendly staff. Room was very clean and unkept. Location is close to many options

Typical tired Hilton franchise: dirty stained hall carpets, steam room not working, no water in 25L cooler, both treadmills out of order, spa massage underwhelming, meager buffet(didn’t try it, went out to Wilson’s, 2min walk). This place has seen better days, franchise owner is minimizing expenses at cost of reputation. Front desk staff v attentive, doing their part.

I booked this hotel as a surprise for my husbands birthday and chose it because it had a gym and swimming pool. We made aware when we checked in that the gym was closed for maintenance. There was nothing about this on the website when I booked. It was supposed to open during our stay, but it didn’t. Very disappointing. The rooms were quite big but surprised that we had to pay 4euros for a bottle of water! There was a lot of choice at breakfast but the cooked items under lights were cold. You could have freshly cooked eggs which was quite nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t say it was 5 star - 4 star at the most.
