Great location and clean room! The staff was so helpful with our bags. The bar was also very nice and underrated part of the hotel

Great hotel!! Staff was really friendly, located in a great area that is walking distance, beautiful rooms (not super small compared to most in NYC) and great rooftop. Would recommend!

The room was a little noisy but the team at the front desk and at the door were incredibly helpful and friendly. Great location only one block from the subway and the bagel spot next door is really good

The hotel is old but I guess that's NYC. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. It's in midtown so if you are looking to do things at NYU Langone, it's walking distance. If you're looking to do things in Manhattan, a bit too far. Again, staff are the best.

NYC is expensive so 500 a night is the going rate for a decent hotel. We chose this place because its was close to our daughter’s apartment. Again not bad and 20 minutes walking distance to Penn station. Room is a bit small but well decorated and very clean.

Clean room. Staff helpful and friendly. Free wine and beer, 1 each.

Excellent service from all front desk and front door staff from checking through checkout. Room was great. Nice to enjoy a complimentary drink in library.
