很好 The problem with the Hyatt is no room service! The restaurant on site was fine. The location of the Hyatt Times Square is beyond fabulous if you want to go to Broadway shows.!!!

I read that this property was remodeled in 2025, but our room didn't look that up to date. I stayed here when it was The Crown Plaza so knew that the location was great! It's also one of the few properties with 2 queen beds. So it fit the bill. We also had AC issues 2 out of the 5 nights, but the hotel took care of us. If you're looking for a great location, then this is your property.

This hotel was fantastic. It is right in Times Square but the rooms are above the 15th floor so it was not loud and felt calm. The room was comfortable and welcoming. There was enough space for me and my three teenagers but it was a little tight. The lobby space and the amenities (luggage storage, many sitting spaces, gym) were great. The front desk staff were wonderful, so helpful and welcoming. The location was very convenient. It felt safe, even though it is a very busy and touristy neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again.
