還好 I booked and paid in full for a stay at Hotel Indigo in Venice. Unfortunately I developed a medical disability which precluded my trip. They have a ZERO refund policy, even when requested well in advance of my arrival date. For an international chain - I find this unacceptable.

Breakfast had a fairly good choice,rooms were clean but a little small.We booked premier with king bed which was fairly comfortable. Staff were mostly very polite and helpful.

The location is great - in a nice peaceful neighborhood away from the crowds. The vaporetto is very convenient. The room was good and the public areas are nicely decorated. The breakfast was plentiful but not good quality. I'd rather have reduced choice. The orange juice tasted like cordial / squash!

The hotel is in a lovely quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of central Venice which was very welcome after a day seeing the sights. The vaporetto stop is a couple of minutes away which makes it very easy to get about. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice to suit all tastes.
