Room was clean and centrally located to kings cross station.

Location was great for transportation! Check in and check out were easy. Staff was willing to help answer questions etc. Could have used better or more pillows. Towels were very limited it would have been nice to have 2 hand towels. A/C worked but not great. The westjer was not super hot so it was fine for us. We would stay again for sure.

It’s a nice 3 star hotel built in 1850.

Front desk was quite helpful. Leak under sink was not resolved though while we were there

The staff is very kind and helpful and the room was clean, air conditioned, and comfortable. Great place to come back to after spending the day exploring London. Location is amazing; central to everything.

Kings Cross Inn is located near major rail stations, making it a convenient choice. The area often attracts many travelers, which can lead to noise. The Inn itself is a straightforward Red Roof Inn equivalent in the USA. It’s a place to sleep and then proceed with your daily plans. Enjoy turn-down service every morning with fresh towels daily and excellent water pressure for a comfortable stay.

Terrible poor conditions shower didn’t work, Tv screen was awful, windows didn’t open. Shocking experience.

The location is great and the transportation is very convenient. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness and facilities.

Shower door was difficult to close. Floor could have been cleaner. Location was great.
