Small, clean room. Very quiet.

Property was basic but clean, mattress not very comfortable. Close to st Pancras station and helpful staff.

Room was okay no ac and fan isn’t the greatest but very clean quite room

We stayed in Arriva hotel for one night prior to a Eurostar trip. The hotel was basic, but conveniently placed, clean, with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and the room was in good condition. The hotel was excellent value for a place in central London so close to St Pancras station.

Well located, clean good value.

Room was as clean as it could be - the addition of the fan was fabulous! Struggled to close the external window which meant the curtains blew over the bed. Overall a good stay, would stay again.

I stayed in the basement in a double room on a single basis. Clean and spacious room, cable TV. Good internet, grade 8. Cleaning service every day. In the double room where I was accommodated. Tthle walls of the rooms are made of paper, you can hear every whisper from the neighboring room. I cannot recommend this hotel to people who are looking for rest because of the walls. I have never seen such walls in my life that any small noise you hear very well in your room. Not to mention neighbors who talk a lot on the phone, and you can't sleep because of the noise.

No air con, just a fan. When the weather gets warm the room gets very humid and hot

Avoid to stay. Nothing fit to enjoy a good sleep

Arrivals Hotel was more than adequate for a late booking near Kings Cross. Room was small but tidy, clean and with an OK ensuite plus also tv, kettle. Plenty towels and bedding. Also an essential fan to help cool the room (over 30C when i stayed). I know that some reviewers that i read had some negatives but for the price and location, hotel was absolutely fine.
