The room had the most stunning views! So lovely to fall asleep and wake up to the lake and mountain!

Staff was very nice. The place felt a bit dated. I did not have breakfast there so I would not know about the food.

Clean room with a gorgeous view. Just stunning. Lovely breakfast. Very Swiss chalet. A way to see St. Moritz that doesn’t break your bank.

While it is usually true that you get what you pay for, it is not an excuse. General: The building smelled like must, mold and cigarettes. There is no a/c in the building. That is perfectly fine for 300 days a year, but when the daytime temperature hits 35°C of outside, it is quite unpleasant inside. The room: I stayed in room 16. It is advertised as a room with a lake view and all the pictures on their website show views from the various rooms that are entirely clear or almost entirely clear. Room 16 appears to be the one "lake view" room that is almost completely obstructed by a tree. The hotel was unable to move me to another room as they were full and while staff was apologetic they were otherwise unhelpful. Additionally, the one pillow was the saddest thing I've ever seen on a bed - insert inappropriate joke here. The room did have a nice built in desk and a high ceiling.

The staff is very friendly and the place is very nice. Has 10 min of distance of the station train walking and 4 min in car. El lugar está a 10 minutos de la estacion del tren caminando. Los accesos son rapidos para llegar. No necesitas pagar taxi almenos que tengas muchas maletas.

The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk from the railway station (which is also served by the Glacier Express). However, the shortest walk from the railway station involves some very steep hills! I had a stunning view of the lake from my room. The hotel is not far from the famous Hanselman Bakery. Room was reasonably sized and had all the usual facilities. I visited in the summer and most shops closed relatively early.

Lovely Swiss hotel, quaint and original. Staff was often unavailable and cold but room was nice
