The whole entire staffs made our 2 nights special celebration extremely outstanding there is no words I can explain. Me and my boyfriend feel super welcome and accommodated during out whole entire stay. Will definitely be back and stay here again

Kempinski Grand Hotel des Bains is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From the moment you arrive, everything feels exceptional; the location is unbeatable, surrounded by a magical alpine landscape that feels straight out of a postcard. The setting overlooking the mountains is simply breathtaking, especially in the mornings and evenings. The atmosphere of the hotel is warm, elegant, and timeless, making every moment feel special. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every single team member was genuinely warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Their hospitality added a personal touch that elevated the entire experience. An unforgettable stay in St. Moritz; luxurious yet comforting, refined yet heartfelt. I would return without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly memorable alpine escape.

We have stayed all over the world the service and exceptional hospitality received was first class from the hotel. We will definitely be returning in the future. The suite was new and very clean. Toilet was very small, and the towel heating rack was not working. Room temperature cannot be warmer in winter as there is no heating. The buffet breakfast spread was amazing. The restaurant staff must be commended: Fabio, Nabli & Sebastion at the egg station.

Property and rooms are beautiful. Very expensive.
