My adult son and I stayed here for 3 nights. Location was great, as we were able to walk from the train station without having to get a transfer. Walking distance from the Colosseum and several other sites. Ample food options nearby. Staff was super nice, we were greeted with wine and crackers in our room. The hotel is on the first floor of a building that also has residents. There is a lift, albeit small, but you do need to be able to get up half a flight of stairs to get to the lift. If you opt for the breakfast, they bring it to your door. There isn’t a lobby/lounge area to hang out in, but we didn’t need it. The room was average size and clean. Make sure you fill out the online check in form before arriving, especially if you arrive after 3:30 when the front desk closes. They were very responsive via what’s app for anything we needed. They arranged a transfer to the airport for us (but needs to be paid in cash). Also, make sure you have cash to pay the tourist city tax when you check in. I would definitely stay here again.

The room and location were great. Right in the city center and easy to walk or take the train to the sites. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was served in our room which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend a stay here if your in Rome to see the sites.

Basic room with no windows to the outside. Pictures were a bit deceiving but the room was clean and nice and cold.

Parfait pour un séjour d’une nuit ! La chambre est petite, mais très propre et fonctionnelle. Seul bémol : elle est située près de la réception, ce qui fait que l’insonorisation est limitée et que l’on entend facilement les conversations et les allées et venues. L’emplacement est excellent : il permet de se rendre facilement au Colisée à pied et se trouve également à proximité de la gare Roma Termini, ce qui est très pratique pour les déplacements. Le personnel est attentionné et accueillant. À notre arrivée, nous avons été reçus avec un verre de vin et quelques grignotines, une délicate attention très appréciée après plusieurs heures de vol. 😊

This was the perfect place for our stay in Rome. The staff went above and beyond to help us; they were excellent communicators, reaching out ahead of time to get our arrival details and offer breakfast options, and then also offered super helpful information the next day, and even helped with arranging delivery of one of our bags which was lost at the airport. The instructions for self check-in (since our flights arrived late) were super helpful and easy to complete. All the major sights (Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps) were within a 15-20 minute walk, with so many wonderful restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and even had sound proofed windows to keep out the noise from outside. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Everything was great. Check-in and Check-out were simple. Room and bed were comfortable and clean.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with our needs and recommend great sightseeing spots around Rome. Our room was beautiful, and we loved the thoughtful welcome of champagne, drinks, and snacks. The outstanding service and hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Had a very nice stay for my last night in Rome. The room was small but completely comfortable. Location was a quick walk to Termini. Monti was a great neighborhood to grab my final pizzas, sandwiches, and Gelato. The staff was very helpful, great communication, and they kindly kept my bags when I arrived early and stayed late. I would definitely stay again.
