Staff was super friendly and accommodating!

Situated 1 min for Metro Line A with easy connections to all major attractions. Stafg were amazing and let us check in at 11am when we arrived to drop bags. Room had AC and a mini fridge which waa really appreciated in the heatwave. Local cafes w mi use walk serving excellent coffee and pastries Super helpful staff provided all the information we needed to have an excellent stay. Would definily be back when staying in Rome.

I had a reservation for Wednesday and Thursday, June 17 and 18, with Magic Door. However, upon arrival, another person — besides Federico and Liliana and separate from Magic Door — informed me that the reservation was actually with Leandro and that the property was called Girasole. The photos shown were the same ones displayed on the Magic Door listing, although apparently the accommodation was not operated by them. Since my daughter and I had just experienced a 6-hour flight delay, arrived very late, and were extremely exhausted, we decided to stay because the room resembled the one advertised. Additionally, we were informed upon arrival that this was not a hotel, but rather an apartment with five other rooms, although with a private bathroom. I would appreciate a clarification regarding this situation, both for my understanding and to avoid future issues or possible legal misunderstandings for other guests.

Amazing stay , very clean , very good location

The staff was the friendliest we met in Europe! They were so helpful and even fixed our shower while we were out exploring during the day! And stored our luggage! Highly recommend:)

Photos were misleading, room is much smaller and older than described - nothing like the photos. Bathroom was not very clean and there was a musky smell in the room that did not go away. Check in was also not easy and we had to climb multiple flights of narrow stairs with our luggage to enter the property, there was no elevator option. There was also no safe box in the room to keep our valuables. Lastly, the room was not sound proof at all and we were constantly woken up by sounds from other tenants, staff, and noises from outside.

Nice place to stay. If you plan to walk a lot near Fontaine Trevi or Spanish Stairs - it's great location.

This was one of the best stays we had while in Italy! The staff were really lovely, and the bed was like a cloud. The place was nice and clean and the property felt really secure. Metro was more or less on the property’s doorstep, which made it easy for getting around. The air conditioning was a dream, especially due to the weather getting into the 30s some days, and lovely big windows that actually open. The showers temp did take a short while to adjust, and it does unfortunately lack natural lighting due to being under an arch (can’t be helped). Highly recommend staying here!

Clean room , staff amazing

I should have read the reviews with more care. This was not what we expected. Very very basic. Very clever photography that suckered me in unfortunately. Friendly enough staff and clean but poor facilities, poorly decorated and tired. The photos are deceiving and if they ever were, are no longer true to how these rooms are presented. We won't be back unfortunately.
