Only negative was couldn't open the windows

We were emailed a room code in order to enter the hotel. Our room was good: very clean, cosy, shower was good and liked the dining/sofa bed area. We had everything we needed. Unfortunately, one morning we woke up and the electricity did not work in the entire hotel! We had to get the security guard to let us in because the electric door key pad wasn't working! However, later that day the electrical fault was mended and didn't spoil our stay. We liked this hotel due to its central location and not far from the railway station. Very good transport links. If we ever return to Helsinki we would stay in this hotel again.

Great central location. Quiet and spacious room. Microwave & Fridge a nice addition

Room was ok and good for a night. Paid for early checkin for 14:00, arrived at 15:00 and room was not yet ready. Room had no remote control for the TV. Used the customer service line and was no resolve to the issue. Otherwise access and codes worked well. Would prefer a different hotel next time.

Cons; The room/hotel is basic, please note that there are is no staff on site, thus if you have any issues with checking in you are on your own to figure it out. However the rate reflects these items. Also the windows do not open, and you can not adjust the temperature of the room. Pros: The hotel is located close to the train station. The room is large/spacious.

The location is perfect: close to public transportation, restaurants, main attractions. The room is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. It has fridge, microwave and some coffee/tea supplies. The room was never cleaned during our stay. There is absolutely no staff on site. We had no issues while there, but if issues arise (leaks, not working lights, etc.) the only way is to contact someone from the phone downstairs. The internet link to order breakfast or modify the reservation did not work for us.

There is only one power socket in the room and that is way too high up the wall. Had to use the 2 chairs in the room to put my stuff on and use the other as a bedside table. Very quiet and warm as it was 2 degrees outside. Microwave a handy bonus. Easy access as long as you keep note of entry code as you need the number to enter the building , use the lift and enter your room.

Great hotel, visited as a solo female and felt safe 100% of the time, great location, highly recommend would definitely be back
