It’s a beautiful hotel with very helpful staff. The location of the hotel cannot be better especially for people with luggage’s as it’s right at the edge of the ancient town so we don’t need to drag our luggage on narrow cobblestone roads in town. We went to eat inside the ancient town almost every day. The hotel consists of individual old-style houses which are very private yet inside is new and tastefully decorated. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful with all we needed particularly on booking snow mountain tickets on WeChat. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the evening show at Mu Mansion in ancient town.

Very nice hotel!!! One of the nicest and comfortable rooms I have seen in China. Friendly staff and good breakfast. If any, restaurant is closed at nights but you can access the sites intercom Hotel next door

The room is modern and spacious. Excellent location as it’s just next to the old town. Staff is very friendly. As we had 2 rooms, I’ve emailed to the hotel in advance to have it near to each other. It was nice that they did as the hotel’s layout is like a courtyard style. So you can imagine if one has to walk from one building to the other in the cold. It was also great that they had the WeChat services which enable guest to contact the hotel directly for any request. Thought the idea was excellent. Highly recommended!

Great location if you want to stay in the old town. The property and rooms are very beautiful also very private. However it is the staff that really make this a wonderful place to stay. They are so helpful and kind.

Clean, beautifully designed and convenient to old town

I had an amazing experience. The hotel is clean and cozy, great food, great location. Front desk personnel was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, satisfied all my additional requests, gave me free upgrades and late checkout. Made me feel at home. Special thanks to Lydia 🙏
