We loved it. The room was huge and the view outside was amazing. But the best part was the location.

Great location for getting to know the center of Florence. We had a suite and it was beautiful and roomy. There is a small elevator which is nice if you have a bit of luggage. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent place

great location and customer service was excellent.. little bit hard to find but ask restaurant on same street and they will tell you where it is exactly.

Great location on the "other" side of the river, a short walk from all the city highlights.

Do not book this! The room looks nothing like the photos, the bed is horribly old and I woke up with a back ache, the bathroom is so small you can pee and wash your hands at the same time, the outlets didn’t all work, the sheets were terribly cheap, and I couldn’t wait to leave. Didn’t sleep a wink. They should not rent out the room we had!

A very spacious and comfy room allocated to us. A very good location.

Bars and shops literally downstairs. Grat location, good hospitality - read the check instructions as place is no easy to locate.

The hotel provides a local garage contact - the guy comes and does his magic and whenbyou eant the car back you need to give him 15 mins! 40 euros per 24 hrs

The place is very nice. The only thing was no microwave to reheat food and no laundry in the hotel and the Wi-Fi keeps cutting on and off. The heat is not turned on every day I understand it is not needed if the weather is good, but some nights were very cold. The staff is very friendly.
