Excellent place and highly recommended. We stayed in the deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the canal. Room 11. It was a beautiful, Spacious, very clean room. Loved the location. Small grocery store right out our door to pick up fresh fruit/beverages. The staff are outstanding and go out of their way to help. Try their buffet breakfast, it's very well done. We will stay there again

Great location. Easy check in. We asked for additional pillows and they were very accommodating. Beds were a little bit flatter than we expected but overall ok. Close walk to all attractions. 5 min walk to vapor to for transfer to train station and to meeting point for excursions. Restaurant next door was good for pizza and drink. Would stay again.

We were lucky to be allocated room 11 which has the balcony where you can sit and watch the occasional gondola go by. It was peaceful, stunning and made my daughter’s birthday celebrations very special. The main hotel you book into kindly held our bags on our last day so we could roam free until the evening flight. Highly recommend for location too as just a few minutes walk to St Marks Square. There is a little store opposite to get daily supplies if needed.

不錯 The room was okay - did not quite live up to the photos. Had issues with the shower leaking
Onto bathroom floor. Odour seemed to develop when we used the bathroom fan while taking a shower. It actually felt like we were walking into an abandoned building . Not well kept within the court yard. Location was good - in the heart of San Marco.

This was a unique venue, with a beautiful courtyard leading up to the apartment that felt like you had your own flat in Venice. The staff were very helpful and you are walked from the main hotel to the Casa Dolce, getting a mini tour along the way. Location was great, with a Spar very close by, and Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square minutes away.
