The carpet in the bedroom was discoloured in a few places which It looked horrible. When when I wanted to turn off the air-conditioning I was advised to go downstairs to reception for the remote control. I was advised that there is only one remote control for all of the rooms that have the air-conditioning units. This is just simply not good enough. The more worrying thing about this was the Staff felt that this was quite normal. I have never experienced this before in my life. There is nothing around to go and get something to eat outside of the hotel.

This hotel was filthy, the light switch was falling out the walls, the window was broken causing mosquitoes to come in, mold on the ceilings and on the bathroom tiles, carpet stained and discolored and the worst of all the air conditioners don’t work. I reported it to the front desk concierge. He placed me in another room, same problem, he chipped the breaker and that didn’t solved the problem. I asked for maintenance, he said not at this hour they’ll come in the morning. I stayed the night in the heat, went touring in the day only to come back and find no one came to fix it. I asked for a refund for the remainder of my stay and was told they cannot. This was the worst experience to have in such a beautiful place. PLEASE AVOID AND DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

The hotel is nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The location is great but the room was very old and not maintained properly at all. The WiFi didn’t work and one of the beds had no frame it was just a mattress on the floor. A positive was that the bedding was clean and it was a safe and convenient area

We checked in and our room was around 90 degrees Fahrenheit. They were sold out and admitted it was not working but didn’t have another room, the front desk gentleman was very friendly, and said we would get full refund and we left and found another hotel in Venice… but the refund never happened. To date, I have not seen a refund for two nights that I never used. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel due to service and you can’t even turn around in the sweltering room.

Location was excellent and cute room decoration. The floor carpet was very dirty. Central Air conditioner was very hot 26 ° Celsius and was controlled by the hotel , The room was really hot it was very hard to sleep in that temperature, plus the awful pillows.

Bathroom had peeling paint and signs of mold.

No internet. No tv. Mold in room and shower. No AC.

The wifi in the room was very spotty. If our room had air conditioning we couldn't tell as we needed to open the windows to stay cool and get air circulation. The room was very small and the shower was filthy with mildew in the grout. The hotel doesn't have an elevator so managing with luggage is a challenge.

This hotel is in desperate need of a deep clean and maintenance. We travelled with friends. Both rooms smelled heavily of mildew. You can not control the heat pump/ac in the room so it’s generally uncomfortable and damp. 1. Upon arrival we were walked from check in to the building our rooms were in. The host put the key in the slot to turn on the lights and took off before we could ask a single question. 2. The rooms are so small that you can not put your luggage anywhere but the bed and you wouldn’t want to anyway as the carpet was stained and dirty. 3. the wifi which was supposed to be included does not work in the rooms 4. The “amenities” are a tv in the rooms which didn’t work (not an issue as we didn’t come to Venice for television) and a blow dryer. 5. The shower is tiny and the one in our friend’s room was broken and sprayed water all over the bathroom. Ours worked okay but the old plastic shower curtain clung to you which gross. 6. No place to put anything but an old broken wardrobe. 7. Front door to hotel/rooms doesn’t lock (or even have a lock) We are pretty easy going travellers and were prepared for old and some water damage as it is Venice but nothing could have prepared us for the rooms we had. We avoided being in it except to go right to sleep and then up and out immediately in the morning. There is nothing is included, just the worst room you’ll likely ever see.
