Outdated, worn, AC didn’t work in one of our rooms (we had a few for the family)

Staff were helpful with luggage storage and check in process was seamless. Very good location as it is a close walk to Royal Albert Docks and right next to Liverpool One.

Excellent location for visiting Liverpool - just across from Albert Dock and it’s tourist attractions and restaurants. Modern hotel, very comfortable air conditioned room

Excellent location and lovely staff. Felt the hotel was expensive for what you get- no mini bar in the room, no safe, tired looking furnishings. However, still rated as good.

The only complaint was there wasn't any biscuits in the room to dip in my cup of tea

Hi, my wife and I stayed in the Presidential Suite for a 1 night stay Good bits - staff were super friendly and helpful, location was great, view from the room was exceptional. Bathroom in the suite was awesome and breakfast was nice. The rest - the hotel was a bit tired, elevators had interior panels missing, corridors were dingy with emergency lighting backups plugged into sockets all along the walls, the room itself was also tired, furniture was dated, chipped and poorly maintained. We paid c. £750 for the room and I've stayed in nicer suites in the UK, in other major cities, for much less. The Hotel needs a bit of investment.
