Great location on dock with Beatles museum to side . Room was good clean rooms . Will be back againnfor sure

4* price, 2* service. We stayed at the Leonardo for 2 nights for a family weekend away. There were various aspects about the stay that were distinctly average, and in particulat the customer service was somewhere between poor and rude. The location is good, rooms were good, breakfast was good, but the service was comparable to a 2* hotel which also exist in the area at lower prices. If I was booking again, I would use one of those and I would recommend others to consider the Premier Inn which is just 100 yards away where you will get average service but at a fair price, rather than the Leonardo where you will pay a high price for a shoddy service.

Solid hotel - comfortable, clean, perfect location right on the waterfront and close to activities/museums (eg The Beatles Story). No complains!

Nice breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room had great views but unfortunately grubby carpet and bathroom.

Decent, had to ask for more shower gel, and the windows were really dirty on the outside, carpet a bit grubby too but overall alright.

Great location for everything you would want to do. Really friendly ant helpful staff .

A couple of small but important things. Shower gel dispenser empty and not refilled by cleaning team. Also only 3 pillows provided for two people. Apparently they were a “bit short because the hotel was full!” A visit to reception resolved this
