room was a tad hard to locate due to confusing numbering signage so had to go back down and have someone show me where it was but then after that room was good. a bit on the small side but it was just me so all good. Room does not have A/C but a fan was running in the room when I got there and there was water to drink. Water was in a warm room and not refrigerated so didn’t drink it but still a nice touch.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We booked 5 rooms as part of a group, and every room had the same issues, so this was not an isolated case. The rooms and bathrooms were in poor condition and clearly need renovation. The biggest problem was that the air conditioning did not work at all, making the rooms very uncomfortable, especially during the warmer weather. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its excellent location. It is close to many great restaurants, and we really enjoyed the area. However, because of the poor condition of the rooms and the lack of functioning air conditioning, we would not choose to stay here again.

Very much a budget hotel experience, clean but a little tired. The pop up bars and restaurants outside were the stars. Breakfast was very average, if id paid £26 per head i would not have been happy! Nothing really wrong just not great. Automated check in and check out do didnt really see any staff apart from at breakfast. One waitress was lovely, most looked a bit bored. £200 a night for central london, unfortunately i have agree it was good value

Beautiful hotel with amazing views

Our stay was not our first as we have stayed here many times when visiting London. As always had a room with the iconic Tower Bridge view so enjoyed wine looking at the view. Always an excellent stay with great service

It was a nice hotel well situated. The Air conditioning was broken and it was 40 degrees in the room.

Excellent location, as it is within walking distance to many restaurants along the Thames, as well as the Tower and Tower Bridge, which we could see from the tiny room window. We were initially given a room so small, we could barely move around and the temperature in it was 38 C, almost 100 degrees Fahrenheit! it took several attempts to finally get the air conditioning issue resolved. The second room was bigger and had a functioning AC. They have minimal toiletries and the bathtub/shower poses a risk of falling, particularly when stepping out.

What a terrible hotel! Only good thing about it was the location and view. Rooms were dirty, dated and dangerous. Our first room had mismatched furniture, which was chipped and broken, Mould above the windows, no nets and could see into other people’s rooms and vice versa. The bathroom had smashed tiles and mould. We then asked to move rooms after complaining and were upgraded to a ‘deluxe’ this was mildly better, and had had some sort of a facelift, but was dirty and the bathroom again was dated and mouldy. This is not a 4* hotel. It needs to be shut down and completely refurbed from scratch.
