Apartment does not have AC, so it’s get hot at times, tub is too high in the bathroom and no support to hold anything to get out of tub or shower.

It was a great stay—excellent, convenient location; friendly, helpful staff; amenities and WiFi worked well for the most part. The only downside was that the room itself and some of the appliances were not as well-maintained as they could be. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable place to stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in London. One of the biggest advantages was its location, as it was close to the subway and made it easy to get around the city without relying on taxis or other transportation.
The neighborhood itself was a bit rough around the edges and felt dirtier than we expected. That said, we found that many parts of London seemed similar unless you stay in the more upscale areas, where hotel prices are significantly higher.
The hotel was a great value for the price we paid. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the property was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Our room was well-maintained and provided everything we needed for a pleasant visit.
Overall, this was a very nice place for the money, especially considering its convenient location. We would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to travelers looking for a good-value hotel in London.

Spacious rooms and kitchen. Convenient location close to Aldgate East station. Cleanliness is okay. The downside is they don't offer luggage storage.

Our 1 bedroom apartment was ideal, ample space for 3 adults. Trip was to visit our son in London and he was able to stay with us, making our trip even more special.
Very clean and comfortable, well equipped.
Fantastic location, close to Tower Bridge and tube. Would definitely recommend.
