The location was good enough and convenient for getting around. The room was more spacious than most hotel rooms in Japan, which we really appreciated. Having a washing machine inside the room was also a great feature. Since we usually ate out, this was not an issue for us, but guests planning a longer stay and intending to cook may find the kitchen equipment quite limited. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying here again.

The room was clean and wonderful. Was a little confused on the check but was about to contact the property and they responded in a quick and reasonable time and assisted me. Nice location for being able to see most of the famous kyoto spots and close to the station for the train ride to nara

This hotel is an apartment building. There are no staff to interact with. Everyday there was someone in the entrance way confused about how to get their key. I had no trouble with check in but for many guests who don’t speak English or Japanese I think it was difficult. The area is wonderful, easy access to trains to both osaka/ Hyogo and Nara. The walls and floors are very thin so you will hear neighbors.

Room has separate large bathroom and area for cooking if you like. Definitely bigger than most i have stayed.very close to tofukuji train.

Well located, quiet and spacious. It was great having a washer and a kitchen since I was there for 2 weeks. While the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the ac was full of dust (I had to take the filter out to clean it) and the room could’ve done with a deep clean. It is unstaffed so didn’t speak with anyone. Bed was one of the hardest I’ve slept on in 20 years of travelling in Asia.

Great location and AC/fridge accessible, but “okay” stay at best. Cleanliness was not great and there were insect issues - we did not open the windows at all. The washer door sensor is broken so washing clothes was not convenient.

Superbe séjour. L'emplacement est parfait sur le bord de la rivière et à distance de marche de Fushimi inari. À quelques pas de la gare mais super calme. L'hébergement est comme un petit appartement avec beaucoup d'espace, une rareté au Japon.
