Room for 4 person but too small for 4 person. No place to put luggage. Share bathroom. Other was acceptable. Please check the policy before book. Rules are rules and there is no flexibility.
The best part is the weather is cold in Japan, but the nights in Kyoto are boring. If you want to enjoy the nightlife, not recommended to stay in Kyoto.

The room is larger than it looks on the photo. Our family of 4 has a lot of space to move about and even a living room /dining area. The location is walkable distance from Kyoto Station but do prepare a walk for a bit, but it's also quiet, good for resting after a day of touring /shopping.

とても綺麗で良かったです。
防音的に少し不安でしたが、特に人の話し声が気になって眠れない、などもありませんでした。
