We had a terrible experience with our reservation at this hotel that we made through Expedia. I made the reservation 6 months prior to our trip and fully paid for it at the time of the booking. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, they said that they did not have my reservation and that the hotel was booked. They said that the same thing happened several times before with their bookings through Expedia. Initially I was told by the manager to just call Expedia because it was their mistake. After some pushback, she helped us find a hotel nearby. I was traveling with 2 young children and 3 elderly grandparents and we were looking forward to staying at the three bedroom apartment. We ended up getting 2 bedrooms at the Hilton and multiple adults had to share a room (me, my husband and my mother in law were all in the same room in addition to my two kids). I will never book through Expedia again.

Perfect location, friendly staff and service, breakfast is excellent.

Great location but a tired hotel. Difficult reception staff. Wouldn't recommend.

****

Great breakfast staff, very helpful

Amazing location in the center of old Vienna near St Stephen’s but on a quiet side street. Beautifully renovated - ultra modern in very old historic building. Impeccable service. Outstanding breakfast. Nothing to complain about!

Not a great start to the holiday, the hotel forgot to book our transfer as requested. Piece of advice, get confirmation of booking... although they did sort it out eventually. An apology was offered, but no compensation or refund, a little disappointing as it was their error. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff, who went over and above to make us feel welcome and even remembered our drink order for the duration of our stay. The room was clean, bright and airy with good facilities. It is situated in an ideal location for exploring/walking and good links to public transport and restaurants nearby. Overall, a lovely boutique hotel, but not quite 5 stars. We would stay again, so worth a visit if you like a smaller hotel.

Very nice hotel and room. Fantastic breakfast from 7-11am. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Perfect location to walk or get on the U.

Nice location with good breakfast

Wonderful.
