Værelset var rent og rummeligt. Personalet var søde og imødekommende. Morgenmaden var godt og havde lidt af hvert. Hotellet havde egen parkering, dog var skiltningen hertil begrænset og kan virke lidt frustrerende når man skal lede efter den når man er ukendt i hamborg.ellers var det meget godt

War nur für eine Übernachtung ohne Frühstück dort. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet und zentral in Harburg gelegen. Werde dort sicher wieder einkehren

Das Zimmer ist ok und groß genug für 2 Personen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und umsichtig. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und verführt dich immer wieder zu ein klein bisschen mehr zu probieren. Wir kommen wieder, Danke, Danke sagen Irene und Volker

We liked the hotel for it's cost, location to shopping and restaurants, and the train station that allowed us to explore Hamburg. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were thankful to secure a late checkout(cost) since we were boarding our cruise in the late afternoon on a Sunday. We stayed for 2 nights. The room had a mini refrigerator and a work area. The room was very spacious and clean.

Standard Hotel for one night in Hamburg.

WiFi was very poor throughout my stay, at times not working at all, which is a basic requirement. Evening and breakfast menu was limited. Aircon worked and kept the room a comfortable temperature and the hotel was a convenient walk into the office and to local shops. But the WiFi issue was unnecessarily frustrating and means I won’t book again.

Location good. Room very spacious Staff friendly Breakfast too expensive for the quality. 2 nights room was not clean

From the generous smile at the front desk, to the well-organised room and finally a good breakfast, the hotel delivered what I was looking for.

Good location,free parking in a garage,a little bit far away from Hamburg center,but buses and S Train nearby
