Great hotel at a great price. The staff are very helpful. The location is not ideal, but if you walk a couple of blocks you will find the main train station.

Obviously not the most spacious room but great price and breakfast was fantastic.

Small fun room with comfortable bed and good bathroom. Location close to the station makes it easy to come and go.

Room was fine, but overpriced for what it is. No spare pillows, no kettle, and they charge you two euros for luggage storage, which is insulting at more than 200 EUR per night for a basic room.

Friendly helpful staff, good location

Great choice in Hamburg, always delivers!

staff was rude - they charge you to hold luggage before you check in - not the nicest street a bit sketchy and the employees all smoke right outside the door - but behind the hotel is much nicer area - the room was clean i will give it that

Good position, clean room friendly staff

Staff where very friendly, location just outside the city centre but easy to get U barn to anywhere around hamburg I will definitely stay there again

The room was very small for 3 adults. It would also be nice to have 3 lots of towels etc in the room as we do not want to share wet towels. Also there was no storage space.
