Clean room, staff breakfast parking very good looking forward to go back next year. They have laundry 3 floor that is great . The silence to rest is very good.

Most of the staff was rude and not helpful at all. Constantly had to wait at the front desk for an employee to show up. Room had damage and not cleaned properly. Worst Hampton I have ever stayed in.

We didn’t have a good experience. Upon arrival, the front desk was not helpful at all. Luan had 0 knowledge of customer service. I rented 2 rooms under the same reservation and one of the rooms was not clean. The blankets smelled like a field of rotten onions and I had to push to get another room. The second room had a roach crawling the bed and both AC’s were not working properly.

If I ever go back to Orlando this will definitely go be my go to hotel if available

it's not many choices for breakfast

Bed felt like it was about to fall apart. Shower/tub didn’t drain well at all. Shower head was about to come off, I fixed it, best part was breakfast and the young ladies who worked above and beyond every morning non stop.
