Nice room with a small balcony. Very good breakfast.

Air conditioning in the room was broken. Management knew, as they put in a fan and had it on when we'd checked in. After we'd realised the situation was untenable (it was 38 degrees and we'd specifically sought a hotel that has air conditioning in its rooms, and paid extra for a "superior room"), we asked to change rooms, only to be told that there are no other rooms available and that the best they can do is refund us for a cancellation of the reservation. Try finding a decent hotel room in Paris on a Saturday night!! Very poor customer care. We would still be interested in that refund given this terrible ordeal!

Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Location is great, straight out of gare de Lyon. Hotel also offered coffee/tea as accommodation which is great! Elevator is a bit small but totally manageable. Love there is a window in the bathroom too. If you’re picky about shampoo/conditioner, bring your own conditioner.

The hotel was easy to find, clean and close to public transport. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for myself and my luggage. The air conditioning was an excellent bonus! Would stay again.

Very nice and cosy hotel, the location is prime and the staff are very helpful, I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent. Handy for Gare de Lyon. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby

Everything was clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

This hotel was just what I needed between travel days. With the beautiful weather I could easily stroll to the Seine and the Viaduct, and there are lots of restaurants in the area. I had single room- and it was really comfortable, clean & cozy!!

Convenient location near main Metro lines and RER trains. Safe area and not noisy. Very friendly staff. Elevator to all floors. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Clean room, no frills but was exactly what we needed
