Awesome staff and very friendly. Room was lovely and clean. Bathroom was clean, but shower holder had missed their inventory, so had a hand held shower in the bath. Minor issue...

My train was delayed and I booked a room near the train station. 15 minutes after the booking I was told my train was not going to run at all and I tried to reverse the booking. H*tels told me that the hotel was able to reverse the charge it but chose not to. I do not want to stay at a place that will squeeze every penny out of me and ignore the issues of a traveler in distress. I will avoid this place in the future. Lesson learned.

Like that it was close to a train station, amazing area to find every thing you need when travelling, great food places… air conditioning in the room , very polite front desk people

First time at Hotel Viator throughly recommend , great hotel , excellent staff and room , close to metro , great breakfasts

I would certainly stay here again. Great location near Gare de Lyon. Nice room with a great view on one of the upper floors.

Hôtel propre et bien situé. On pouvait marcher autour des 2 lits, en plus d’avoir nos bagages au sol, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas à Paris, dans cette game de prix. Possibilité de préparer un thé et du café soluble. Sdb grande et très propre. Il y avait un bureau avec 2 chaises ce qui nous a permis de travailler à 2. Nous n’avons pas noté de bruit et notre nuit a été agréable. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages pour qq heures. Nous avons pu aller nous promener sur la coulée verte à 2 pas. Très agréable au printemps. On reviendra dans cet hôtel!
