No comm

The staff was very dedicated to customer service, and the property was clean. However, it is in desperate need of a makeover. The rooms and common spaces are dated and in need of a renovation. It doesn't appear any remodeling was done since the 1990s. I expect more from Hilton.

Breakfast was disappointing for its cost, go outside the hotel and enjoy the city

The staff at the hotel were very attentive and welcoming. The breakfast was also very good, especially the bread and coffee.

Excellent location and very comfortable

Great location to walk about the city. Room was comfortable with no complaints. Staff were not very helpful when checking in. Depending on which part of the floor you stayed depended on which lift you had to use to avoid steps. Thankfully I was there to help my mother, but we were annoyed to discover the spa lift would have took us to our rooms without needing to carry luggage up stairs.

Viejo y sucio con comida y botellas vacías en los pasillos. No volvería.

Hair in basin and on skirting board in the bathroom on arrival ,bathroom was not cleaned very well , mini fridge in room not cold . Reception staff were great

Wonderful stay! Very clean, convenient, easy for travel with the family.
