This hotel provides a clean room with comfortable bed and excellent proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations and more.

Room need to be update and

Very bad neighborhood. Lots of homeless, drug addicts, etc. Area was run down and dirty. Heard a loud gunshot in the middle of the night. Could also hear arguing all hours of the day. Rooms were sort of clean. Finer details like the air conditioner radiator was filled with brown sludgy dust, lots of crumbs and stains of corners and floors. General items like tables, toilet and sheets were fairly clean. Hotel lobby was kept moderately clean. Place overall needs a detailed deep clean. Front desk ladies were great. Breakfast was ok but lacked any hot food such as potatoes, meat, etc. Attached buffet restaurant was convenient but very expensive. Lots of other dining options within walking distance. Overall it could of been worse, wouldn't be back but might be one of the better options for this area of Edmonton.

First time in Edmonton and made a terrible mistake of booking this run down property in that area of the city. I slept with one eye open and all the lights on. Tear it down and rehabilitate that area of the city.

Excellent service, clean and quiet

This motel is in a VERY dangerous area of Edmonton!! We ended up leaving and booking else-where. DO NOT stay here of you have children.. I wouldn't have even stayed if my kids weren't with me. The parking lot and building was surrounded by obviously high/intoxicated groups of ppl. My 13 year old daughter was harassed walking from our car and there is no security- anyone can just walk in! There was also blood in the bathroom on the wall.. as soon as we saw the room we left, I expressed we did not feel safe and we couldn't have our children stay somewhere unclean and where they are not safe. They still charged us $250 for incidentals and $155 for the room- they refused me a refund and have literally ghosted all of Expedias attempts at seeking a refund. avoid this place like a plague!!

Old pictures posted on Expedia. Poor condition hotel with cigarettes spewed all over parking lot, transient people lingering, and stains on sheets.

The hotel is run-down and in a rough area of town. We were greeted at the property by a homeless couple swearing at each other. Once we got inside the hotel, 2 gentlemen were arguing with the desk clerk over money, and it was pretty heated. Not a great impression overall so far. The hallways and common areas were as clean as could be in this run-down hotel. We got to our double-queen room, and it was too small for 4 people. The hotel room was relatively clean. We did find hair in our threadbare bedding, which was gross. The bathroom was as clean as it could be, but the shower looked gross. We refused to use it. Overall, you can tell the hotel was doing its best to stay clean. Breakfast was cereal, pastries, and oatmeal. You aren't even allowed to take your coffee out of the breakfast area. No hot food at all. This hotel is definitely not a hotel I would recommend to anyone, and we won't be coming back.
