Breakfast was amazing & the employees were all wonderful

Great place and free parking

This hotel was in a very unsavory part of the city. There were junkies surrounding the hotel (I could guess 5-10 within a block at any given time). The front desk assured me a two block walk to the quick mart was safe but on my way I experienced several homeless aggressive experiences. Walking in the middle of the busy road, screaming at each other, etc. but then when I got to the quick mart the doors were locked. You could only purchase items from a window. Assuming is for the safety of the clerk. But I could not see in to even let him know what I wanted which was just some simple snacks for the room. The constant hospital sirens did not bother me but I could see it being a real issue for others.

Staff was very helpful. Lots of restaurants close by

The front desk staff could be nicer. They weren’t rude or anything but very curt. FYI at first glance seems to be in the heart of things but surprisingly remote.

Loved the hotel It was very clean and safe for my 2 children. The location was public transit friendly. All the staff from maintenance to front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a good variety of items to choose from.

This hotel is reasonably close to downtown, but it lacks metro access — only bus service is available. The property feels dated and is not well maintained. The breakfast is below average, especially considering the nightly rate.
