Always a great stay. Comfortable bed and clean rooms. I stay a few times per year as it is directly across from Tufts Medical Center. The most convenient, safe and clean hotel.

The staff was very friendly but the amenities were terrible and our shower did not work. They sent someone to fix it when we were out for the day and when we returned said it was fixed. When we tried to used it that evening, it was still not fixed. They sent someone up again and said it would take 45 minutes to fix but it was already 10:30 at night and we were not going to wait that late so we did not get showers the rest of the time. Very frustrating
