Nice location and great service

Great location and very nice breakfast. Loved the size and layout of the bathroom, but could use better lighting in the bathroom.

The property has a great location. The rooms are small, but clean. The staff are mostly helpful. This would have been a great experience had it not been for the rigid check in rules. We arrived at 8am in the morning due to a red eye flight. We wanted to get our room as soon as possible to get some sleep. Unfortunately the hotel has such a rigid check in time of 2 PM. We offered to pay for a room just to sleep for few hours. The staff refused and said they don’t do any check ins between midnight and 2 PM. Needless to say we sat in the lobby until 2PM. The next day we tried to get breakfast, but the tiny area was full and we had to wait 25 minutes for a table. The breakfast was average.

Hotel is in a very good location, in Porto’s central district. Near to plenty of restaurants, square where the “Porto” sign is. And 10 mins walking distance to the Ribeira ( riverside), and Porto’s main attractions. You walk 5-7 mins to the Pont de Luis bridge and can walk across the Douro river. Approx 20 mins by car from the airport. And approx 15 mins by car from the Campanhã train station. The decor is very in theme with the bridges. The shower is so good - very forceful! Breakfast is available, we did not use the breakfast service. Elevator is available - two of them. Staff is very helpful.

There was possibility of eating dinner at the hotel

If you're looking for a place to stay when visiting East Anglia, look closely at this property. The staff make you feel at home from the start. The bar and restaurant are great, the served some of the best fish and chips I've had in ages. The location was perfect for our trip - close to Ely, Cambridge, Wisbech, with loads of charming villages and fen walks nearby.

The hotel was very centrally located. We had trouble with our lights not working and our air conditioner not working.

I reserved a city view and got the rooftop view. I asked the front desk guy about switching room for what I paid for and he gave me another rooftop view. I figure since we were only staying 2 nights, I wasn’t going to bother asking again.

Spacious room and great breakfast. Central location.

The hotel is extremely well-located for many of the most well-known sights and also very near metro and the train station. Staff were helpful and accommodating and the buffet breakfast was quite good. The rooms are quite small but has everything we really needed, especially good air-conditioning during a heat wave!
