I loved the rooms. Hotel smelled amazing as soon as the doors open. Wonderful bakery next door. The rooms were very clean. Comfortable beds. I love the white blinds in every room and the wood floors. It feels so much like home. I would definitely book here again. All staff was very friendly and a tremendous help to us in every way. Thank you Hotel BelleClaire. Don't change a thing.

The bakery downstairs was excellent. Local grocery, CVS, and restaurants were very handy. Proximally located a short taxi drive or extended walk to harbor cruises and Times Square/Empire State Building. Central Park bike rental a straight shot a couple blocks away, good for a cycle to the Met. Bike parking for the Met left side parking garage: simple. Mark Twain and Babe Ruth stayed at the Hotel Belleclaire.

The room was ok, the biggest issue was being in a room across from the staff room. The staff was extremely loud and obnoxious at 5am in the morning. Really inconsiderate of people trying to sleep! The staff should be conscious of guest sleeping, I mean they were slamming doors, laughing at 5am. Just a terrible experience. I’m also waiting on a refund hopefully that happens soon

Suite was amazing for NYC. Wife and I had a room and the kids had a room and nothing felt too cramped. Staff very attentive. Loved the bakery downstairs.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Great location, gorgeous building on the outside, very nice and distinctive lobby. Staff was really nice. The room, unfortunately, was quite spartan: just an undersized, overused desk and cabinet and white walls, with vinyl plank flooring. I don't mind the hard floors too much (much cleaner), but in combination with everything else the room was very echogenic and quite sterile. It's like they ran out of money when they got to the rooms, and really cheaped out. The bathroom was nice enough. Unfortunately there was no in-room coffee maker. They really need a decorator for the rooms.

Loved the location, the pastry shop and bar located on-site were amazing!!

Beautiful hotel.

Very clean hotel, liked the $10 coupon per day per person to the bakery in the lobby. Staff very friendly. The room was small, but that’s what you expect in NYC.

Room was clean, staff was pleasant, great neighborhood, daily happy hour and we even received a voucher for the bakery!

Great hotel and even better customer service! The rooms are small but well maintained and clean. The cute bakery next door was perfect. The only critique is the noise level. At times, you can hear your neighbors. Otherwise, looking forward to returning again.
