This was a wonderful hotel for our family trip to NYC. The location was very close to Grand Central Station, so we could easily walk a couple blocks to the subway station. We loved the continental breakfast each morning. The hotel was clean and in a safe area. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. They gave us great tips for navigating the city during our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Great location, clean, helpful staff. My only complaint iwas the free breakfast. They ran out of all of the hot food, and there was a long wait, and a long line. We finally gave up and had breakfast somewhere else.

Staff did not let my wife check in as i was parking the car in a nearby garage. (The room was registered in my name, but we have the same last name.) She had to wait over 20 minutes until i could show up. Breakfast was good.

All of the staff was amazing! Even after the evacuation they helped us getting into their sister hotel nearby. Everyone was very attentive and listened to our concerns about our belongings that stayed back. The only complaint I have is I couldn’t finish eating the breakfast that morning, lol. Also the breakfast attendants were so sweet and always going above and beyond!

Great staff. Enjoyable stay. Good location.

Everything is awesome, room, staff, breakfast, air conditioning, Thank you very for everything.

This is a small hotel with may floors. It was clean & tidy and adequately served our needs. Could of done with an ice machine and fresh drinking water for room use. The breakfast would be adequate for most diets. The a/c was a necessity and the staff pleasant. The beds were comfortable & clean. Thank-You

This hotel was conveniently located close to grand central station. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a complimentary breakfast which is awesome. The rooms do not have a refrigerator or microwave which would have been great to store water or left over food as they do not have a restaurant on site. The place is very clean and the room was nice and cool. Comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again. They have a list of recommended places to eat that they can share with you.

We visited from FL. Breakfast was good, every morning they had a variety of food. The staff is amazing, so kind and attentive. Shout out the lady who works evenings at the front desk, she was always so welcoming and sweet. The ladies around the breakfast area are also great. The room was very clean. Location of this hotel was good, 5 minute walk from Central Station and 15 minutes from Time Square. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property in a very convenient location.
