很好 Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was about what I expected, not perfect but clean, and the water pressure was high in every part of the hotel.

超讚 Whenever I stay at the Richmonde Hotel Ortigas I always feel at ease, safe and comfortable. The staff greets you warmly and what's even better is they remember your name.

The bathroom tub is not draining well. The water is too hot & the faucets are old and loose

This is the only hotel we stayed twice and probably will be staying here again. (We don't usually go back to the same hotel twice.) The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was good. Walking distance to the mall is a plus. But the pool is still under construction or perhaps they're not even fixing it (it was still under construction when we stayed last year).

不錯單獨出遊
It was in the center of Ortigas and very convinient to get to from the airport. The staff was friendly and very helpful. If you’re looking for convinience on a budget I recommend checking this hotel out. Although it shows aging it is clean and comfortable.

Room is spacious and clean bedsheets. Staffs are friendly and service-oriented. Lots of dining places around the area. Though, traffic is terrible during rush hours.
