The front desk who helped me check was very nice and helpful.

Location excellent; unit size is big for 2BR just needs some renovation of the hotel. Staff are nice; they make sure to cater all the needs of guests- . I found cockroaches and requested a different unit and they attended it right away. But overall; their good except it needs renovation some unit to avoid cockroaches

Overall, we had a good two-week stay at Astoria Plaza. Check-in and our entire stay were smooth, and the staff were pleasant. My only concerns were that the kitchen sink didn’t have hot water, which was inconvenient for a longer stay. Also, we booked a two-bedroom suite, but it only came with one complimentary parking space. For a two-bedroom unit that can accommodate multiple guests, it would make more sense to include at least two parking spaces or offer an additional one at a discounted rate. Other than those issues, we had a comfortable stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is clean and spacious. The food is great. Highly recommended.

Clean room , friendly and very attentive staff. I recommend Astoria Plaza to everyone.

Really enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. The breakfast is absolutely amazing!!! The room was big and spacious(2BR Suite) and we definitely will be back! New favorite hotel!!!

Very warm and hospitable employees.

We had a very lovely stay at Astoria Plaza. We chose Astoria Plaza due to its convenient location to the Bayanihan Centre as we wanted it to be within walking distance due to Manila’s traffic. We were pleasantly surprised by the space of the 1-bedroom suite and were very pleased with the cleanliness of the suite. The air conditioning was also very much appreciated in Manila’s weather and the kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, plates, etc. If we could give some feedback, it’d be to perhaps change the shower curtain more regularly or to wash it more frequently. Due to the nature of its set up, the shower curtain is probably more wet than dry most of the time, and as such, the smell of mildew in the bathroom can be quite strong. It’s bearable more of the time, but changing it would give guests better peace of mind. Overall, still a wonderful stay and we’d definitely come back!

Rooms were clean and staff were amazing. Truly enjoyed the variety for breakfast everyday and how attentive the staff were. One thing that we had qualms about would be the long wait for elevators during peak hours but it was a great stay overall.

The property is clean but need a little update. The staff and service is awesome, easy check in and out process. The rooms and bathrooms are clean but found a small bug in the living room. I didn’t use the kitchen area but looks clean and ready to be use.
