Have stayed here often, staff has always been courteous, amiable and helpful… Front Desk staff did not … Bell staff and restaurant staff did.

Clean room and helpful staff!

This hotel is in a very convenient location right in the middle of the city. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area with easy walking access to a number of sites. Breakfast was good as it was included in the hotel nightly price. The bar was reasonable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is old and the air-conditioning didn't work well but we were able to get it down to about 72F/22C which is comfortable for most people.

A very nicely updated hotel in the heart of Zagreb. Close to everything. Very nice resteraunt and lobby bar.

A comfortable hotel in the centre of the city. Easy walking to shops restaurants and sights. A great breakfast.

This hotel is located in the sweet spot of the central city square. It is within walking distance of the main sights. It is a great location for trams to access the rest of the city. Excellent location!!
