Clean room, spacious, staff was very friendly and loved the snacks in lobby.

Fantastic base for everything, quite near tottenham court road tube station. Book breakfast day before to get best rate or prior, lovely breakfast and accommodate for vegetarians and vegans. Very comfy bed, nice products in bathroom. Dont rely on using tv cannot watch a full programme without it freezing or not coming on at all, advised there had been issues with internet, just use your phone.

Good breakfast, great room..Sidan(spelling) was extremely helpful as were the receptionist ladies. Good location

The room was very clean. Staff very nice. Breakfast was way too expensive. I wouldn’t do breakfast again for that price.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Beautifully clean room with air con which was really needed this weekend and a fantastic breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

Great Hotel for a short Buisness trip

We had a lovely welcome on reception at arrival. The hotel was clean, spacious and modern. The receptionist gave us a free upgrade to our room and two free drinks to enjoy from the bar. It really made us feel welcomed and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for walking to Oxford Street for shopping and theatres on the door step. The breakfast was very good. I'd definitely book again.

Our stay was fabulous this was our first time in London. The concierge made it very easy to navigate the city. Will stay here again on our next trip.

Every thing was ok

The room we finally got was lovely. We booked a deluxe king. Some female desk clerk tried o give us a TINY queen. After a "discussion" with a manager, we got our room. Of the 2 elevators - one was never working. Clean room. Nice breakfast. Great location.
