Wifi was poor in the room and lobby area

AC was not as strong as we’d expected. Just about kept the room cool. Heating should have also been working as it got abit cool in the evening. They switch the heating off centrally in the summer.

Very helpful front desk staff. Some construction going on but it didn’t cause a bother.

The free buffet breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced. Beds so very comfortable and pillows too. Our third guest used a pull out couch and said it was very comfortable too. I wish they provided tissues in the room. There is construction on site mostly out of site and ends about 5 pm. Laundry is limited hours perhaps due to construction. $5 pays for one load washer and dryer and they provide detergent for that price (American $$). We enjoyed dinner both nights of our stay and everything was terrific. Walking distance to the huge Farris wheel, market square and ferry to the fortress island which we enjoyed. All staff was friendly and helpful. We arranged a ride from airport and later to our NCL port which was 15 minutes away. Viking was walking distance. We would stay here again no doubt.

Good hotel. Good convenient location. 10 minute walk to city centre. Very quiet neighborhood

Fab location, big rooms, lovey breakfast !

The location is perfect and the breakfast is supreme! Personnel from the restaurant is very good, specially Laura

There were no tea making facilities a kettle and cups would have been appreciated

There were a few factors on why I wouldn't come back. The rooms was not clean when we arrived. Empty glass Cider bottles left from the last guests. Large lint piles and dust on the corners of the room in plain sight. Hair in shower. Little flakes of something on the white bed comforter. And to make matters even worse, the security aspect of our things. On June 6th, we ran the Half Marathon. When we came back the door was not shut properly and we didn't even need a key to get it. We had all our electronics, work laptops and much more! For paying almost 100 euros for those days we spent there.... will not do again. That was truly a bad experience. The air in the room was also not working properly and the water would be hot and turn cold for short moments during showers. Staff was nice though and did help us with an issue on an order misplaced by wolt.

Photos do not reflect the room. Whilst clean, modern and comfortable, room was very dark with a porthole for a window. Nice room, but expected a window.
