The location is close to a supermarket, Metro station and restaurants. The staff was helpful in providing an electric fan because the A/C in my room wasn't working. I only stayed for 1 night.

Everything was ok in principle. They have a strict policy to allow checkins only after 4pm, we arrived 15.30 and they wanted 10eur. As a business traveller this is quite ridicilous. The receptionist was mercufyl and was able to get us in 15mlns earlier. In the evening wifi and tv stopped working and they didnt work next day either (wifi i got to work w temp nw credentials next morning). So as a regular business traveller this wasnt one of the best experiences and propably wont return to this hotel again.

In April 20 26 there was a great deal of construction in the neighborhood so traveling between the street car stop and the hotel was not quick or easy. I think after this street construction is resolved, it will be a good place to stay if you don’t mind being outside of the Most picturesque area. 10 minute tram ride to historic areas.

Great breakfast. Good price

proper place to stay, close to public transport. one small detail: when checking in, I specially asked about breakfast----was it includes...and the answer was "yes" .. in the morning appeared that it was not included, so it was kind of bad start for a day. they switched IT systems, so maybe it was about that. cannot remember all my bookings

Awesome stay

Food quality and restaurant service were excellent

Very good customer service and hospitality. Would definitely go aagin

This was a very frustrating experience. We had to cancel our trip to Helsinki because of a serious personal emergency. We promptly notified the property, but they were unresponsive for three days before finally telling us that the booking couldn't be canceled. We are very disappointed that we lost our money and the property showed no willingness to help us during a difficult time.

The breakfast was amazing and the room was nice enough. However, the shower door was faulty / leaked, which was rather annoying.
