Nice staff and clean space

The room was a joke. Power by beds did not work. The sink is so small you can't even lay something on an edge. The water barely flows to wash your hands. The bathroom barn door has a gap so big you can see in when door is closed. Room was clean. Front desk on check in was very nice. Female bartender was rude. Valet was great.

Hotel is small, but very clean, staff is terrific. Room was small for a double but that’s how it rolls in the big city. Valet parking if you’re driving in. And if you’re into the Chicago Cubs, it’s about a 20 minute Uber ride to Wrigley Field. There’s a Dunkin’ a half block away and a 7-Eleven one block away for emergency coffee, breakfast sandwiches and anything else you might need.

There is no breakfast bar. There is not even coffee available other than the in room coffee which is about what you'd expect.

You're paying for location. It's a clean safe place to sleep. Mattress was not great but was minimally acceptable (felt hard/getting old). Lobby always smelled weird of burned food (they cook pizzas in lobby). Good choice on a budget but you're not impressing anyone by recommending it. Staff was polite and helpful with temp storage of luggage after checkout.

The staff was amazing! They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was great and in a great area, but it is older and the rooms are a little small. I was not claustrophobic or anything like that. We stayed in the king size bed room and it was perfect for 2 people but any more than that would have been tight. Overall, the staff was very friendly, the rooms and lobby were clean, and it was the perfect distance away from everything we wanted to do.

Easy check in and out room was very big. Really enjoy how it had a living room and the shower was. Everhing

Great location. Cute, clean room!

Nicely updated room with comfortable bed

I booked months in advanced; for the price I paid, I got a great room.
