很好 Our stay at the DoubleTree was good but there were things that could have been better. The staff was great, and they let us check out late which I appreciated. The room was a fine size, but there was food left in the fridge from previous guests and the bathroom door would not shut. The bottle of conditioner in the shower was empty, although Melissa from housekeeping was wonderful and filled it right away when we mentioned it. We had a king corner room that had a nice view of the surrounding area. We did hear sirens starting around 7-8am daily, but you kind of expect that staying in downtown Chicago. The location is great and very walkable to Michigan Avenue, lots of restaurants and shops.

超讚 My husband & I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago - Magnificent Mile. It is a great hotel. Walking distance to the Navy Pier, Michigan Avenue, the Riverwalk. We enjoyed using the pool as well. We will definitely stay there again!

超讚 Our room was clean and so was the hotel. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. I did call down for extra towels and had to call back after they had not arrived 45 minutes later, but I’m sure they were just busy and they did bring them after the reminder.
