Great hotel for a staycation with kids

Loved my stay

Great breakfast and very kind staff

Friendly staff! Very helpful. Indoor Pool water park arcade. Food. Nice location. Had to pay for parking but overall great

They could use 2 separate color wrist bands for the water park. For above 21 and under 21. So you dont have to carry your DL with you to buy a drink. Also had quite hours because I was hearing doors slam and kids in the halls until 1am.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. The staff were kind, but not necessarily overly welcoming. We visited as a once yearly get-together with another couple, both of us coming from 12+ hours away. We unfortunately booked the wrong room, and were made to feel like it was a big deal to change. We were able to "upgrade" (to the same room but in the West Tower so it wasn't in the atrium), thankfully, but it wasn't the most pleasant experience. We enjoyed the room and Jadewaters, but the weekend we went, it was nearly impossible to find a tube to enjoy in the lazy river, and there was a 4H convention so the property was overrun by teenagers. We were under the impression that the main pool was adults only, but that was also not regulated.

Friendly staff, and most importantly clean facilities

Awesome time and great place to stay. Splash area was dirty though.

This place was great. It was huge with a Waterpark. I'd definitely recommend to others

Great experience
